It was my first time here and it was good. Disappointed I was charged extra for sauce rather than the standard ketchup, but overall great food. Service was excellent, the ambiance was nice. I sat outdoors and it was a beautiful day.

Brunch starts at 10 & we arrived a few minutes early. This was a find! Our service was excellent, the food tasted as amazing as it looks. It was a delightful morning for dining al fresco, while the traffic was noisy at times, the live flowers made it seem like you were dining in a garden rather than on a NYC street. I loved the market plate and loved every bite. The roasted sweet potatoes, the street corn, the Brussels sprouts, the watermelon and grilled peaches were so good. While I'd be tempted to try other things on my next visit, I might have to order the market plate too.

Please do come here the staff is wonderful!!!! Seriously so genuinely friendly and acccomandating. They have a lot of vegetarian options! I ended up having two small plates - the sautéed tofu and the yucca fries which came with spicy mayo. They were thick cut fries which I appreciated and for a small plate it was very filling I even left two. No complaints and I had to pay for my check early because I was short on time and they accommodated me with that. I also ordered a to go burger at the beginning of my meal for a homeless person I saw down the block but I never found them again afterwards :(. Nice place to come with your friends for lunch or on your lunch break.

Came here with a group. Service was very nice and the ambiance was good too. They were pretty busy and still gave us great service and food and drinks came out timely. I had grilled salmon with 2 sides I had the Brussel sprouts and marinated kale. Fish was cooked perfectly and the sides were delicious and seasoned well. I would totally go back for a casual meal again.

What a pleasant surprise to find this place here. I have been a fan of Westville since their flagship restaurant in the village. I came here for brunch and I had the dish with salad and egg. My friend had the waffles. Service was decent and the place is very busy. I saw near the barista and was entertained seeing her create all of her drinks. Since this place is right on 7th avenue, it has that energetic vibe. The food is healthy and decently priced. This hungry vegetarian is happy.

I recently visited Westville and had the Monte Cristo sandwich, which was okay. Rather than the typical processed deli meat, the sandwich featured actual sliced ham - a nice touch that made the flavor more authentic. The dish came served on regular toast rather than the traditional eggy batter, which was an interesting twist. The tartar tots on the side were a tasty accompaniment. Overall, it was a solid dish. The atmosphere at Westville is casual and welcoming, making it a nice spot for a casual meal. I'd recommend giving it a try, especially if you're in the mood for a creative take on a classic sandwich. 4 out of 5 stars.

This restaurant is perfect for dining outside. I ordered a caesar salad with a breaded chicken cutlet and fries on the side. Sadly, I was given a completely different salad. I ate it thinking it was just the restaurant's take on a caesar salad, but I was wrong. The cutlet was very crispy and the fries were good as well. My server ended up giving me the salad on the house, which is greatly appreciated. Now, I have to come back and try the caesar salad. I will say that the carrot cake for dessert is a must. It's so moist and sweet.

Overall 3.5 stars Service: excellent Ambience: bright, white vegetable decor. small restaurant, so good for smaller parties. Good place to take children, families. They do have bar seating. Would recommend a reservation for peak hours. Food - happy hour from 5 to 7 PM with drinks at discount prices. Sangria was OK. Would stick to mixed drinks. - I loved the menu. Especially the focus on the market vegetables, which can be hard to find in the city. There are so many options to choose from and they many options for vegetarians, vegans. Having said that I was underwhelmed with the food. - Teriyaki salmon, overly salted - Garlic mashed potatoes: delicious but standard - artichoke hearts were chewy and not properly cleaned -brussels sprouts and beets: good, but again standard. - vegan burger: came apart and was bland. - dessert: we loved Price: well priced for Chelsea. Total for food, drink, dessert and tip was around $50pp. This would be a great restaurant in suburbia, outskirts of New York City. However, for the area I was underwhelmed for dinner. It is a good option for vegetarians, vegans, lunch takeout. Would try brunch but would not go back for dinner.

My dinner last night reminded me that Westville consistently delivers delicious food in a casual setting. It's like an elevated dinner experience, I'm a big fan. We started with some beets and goat cheese, a great veggie starter that was delicious. The beets were warmed up a bit, and the goat cheese tasted fresh. The sweetness from the beets went well with the sharp, herby taste of the cheese. For mains, we got a cobb salad and the steak. The steak temperature was spot on, and the side veggies were delicious. The cobb salad was packed to the brim with all the ingredients, including loads of chicken and bacon. The lemon dill dressing was honestly perfect, both in taste and amount - just enough to flavor the salad without drenching every bite in dressing. All in all, a great experience for casual dining, definitely a good option!
